Home exercises assistance for diagnosed conditions such as ligament sprains, disc bulges, whiplash, frozen shoulder, rotator cuff injury and knee pain (VMO muscles).

    Back Roll
This is a deep mid-back stretch to relieve tightness across the back. The BodyBolster supports the back (so the torso doesn't collapse and cause injury) while 'enabling' movement at the same time.

    Back Stretch
This stretch allows you to reverse the effect of sitting in a rolled- forward position by opening up the chest/shoulders and relaxing into the BodyBolster. The BodyBolster supports the spine and acts as a fulcrum to extend the stretch.

    Knee Rolling
This allows natural motion without the jerkiness that can sometimes truncate movement when using a harder foam roller.

    Neck Bend
This is a fantastic exercise for the upper spine (neck area). The BodyBolster is wedged at the tailbone to hold your back upright so the stretch can be focussed in your upper spine.

    Neck Extensors
This stretch lengthens the back of the neck stretching the neck extensors which are often under much stress when you are seated for prolonged periods. The BodyBolster ensures you are in correct postural alignment and stabilizes your lower back to focus and protect the back.

    Neck Twist
This stretch relieves the muscles in your neck that often fatigue when you are at your computer. The BodyBolster holds you in correct alignment and supports your back.

    Pain Management
Gary Webb explains passive strategies vs active strategies in pain management.

    Pelvic Rock
This exercise relieves lower back stiffness while you're seated at your desk.

    Pelvic Rolling
By sitting on the BodyBolster you can perform this exercise which relieves tightness in the lower back area.

    Self-Inflating
What makes the BodyBolster unique is its adjustability—a valve allows you to deflate it with a squeeze, and with another twist of the valve it self inflates—theres no need to blow it up.

    Side Bend
This exercise stretches the muscles along the spine.

    Side Turn
Excellent stretch across the shoulder and side of neck. The BodyBolster protects your back by stabilising it- so you don't strain your back.
